Role
Brand & product design

01 — Starting condition
No brand, and an audience that reads polish as proof.
OR8 had no brand identity or digital presence. For a coaching practice targeting C-suite leaders, that is a credibility gap.
Senior executives and their gatekeepers expect to see authority and professionalism before any conversation happens. Everything needed to be built from zero, and it needed to read as seriously as the client did, from the first second. Executive coaching is a category sold on perception.

02 — Approach
The design does the selling before anyone speaks.
Brand, tone, and interface were built to communicate authority without corporate stiffness. Restraint over decoration, typography over imagery, white space over density. Senior audiences read quality in what is left out as much as what is put in, and they judge fast.
Every visual decision was filtered through that lens, so the brand and site could carry the first impression on their own.

Homepage · the offer built to carry the first impression
03 — What was delivered
A complete brand presence, built from zero.
Polished enough to open senior doors, restrained enough to read as the calibre of the work.

Brand · the system carried from logo to landing page
Brand identity
Visual identity designed for a premium, authoritative feel without corporate stiffness. Distinctive enough to stand out in a category that all looks the same.
Website design
A full site designed and structured to build trust quickly and communicate the offer clearly. Complete and ready to launch.
Mobile exploration
A concept extending the coaching platform into a phone-first product. Visual direction and UX exploration for future development.
Visual system
Typography, colour, and imagery language designed to hold up across every touchpoint. One voice from logo to landing page.

04 — Outcome
Live, and carrying OR8 into rooms it couldn't enter before.
The brand identity is in active use, carrying OR8 into rooms it couldn’t enter before.
Built from zero, calibrated to the audience it had to address, restrained enough to read as authority rather than effort.
